Then Committee on Social Policy and labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re issuance of a permit to hire employees, so that they further could perform work in Ukraine for another employer

The bill (Reg. No. 2118a) determines the order of issuance, denial and annulment of permissions to hire employees, so that they further perform work for another employer.

The List of permits in the sphere of economic activity is suggested to be supplemented with a new document, i.e. the permit to hire the employees so that they further could perform work in Ukraine for another employer.

The bill amends the Law “On Population Employment”.

The license is issued without limiting its validity.

Committee members approved the comparison table with propositions and amendments, and recommended that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt it.
